  • Honing interpretation, taking measurements and building quality reports

Ultrasound is one of the most popular diagnostic imaging techniques used in veterinary practice. In this webinar, you’ll learn rapid, low impact, point-of-care first line screening tests to answer important clinical questions and confidently treat your furry patients.

In this very practical and dynamic session, ultrasonography educator Dr. Camilla Edwards will teach you how to perform common ultrasound exams to instantly see the pathology troubling your small animal patients.

You’ll learn how to examine the intestines, gallbladder and spleen using the latest advancements in handheld wireless ultrasound. Camilla shares clinical imaging – comparing healthy to abnormal anatomy – so you can hone your ultrasound interpretation skills to more quickly and accurately diagnose pathologies. You’ll learn how to evaluate and measure the severity of fluid buildup, masses and sludge and to monitor progress during treatment.

Camilla offers practical tips and techniques to expand your ultrasound proficiency. Increasing your veterinary ultrasound skill set will help differentiate your practice with more accurate diagnosis and first-visit treatment plans – so you can increase revenues with ultrasound billing while impressing clients with better animal care.

Advances in technology have made ultrasound more affordable and accessible than ever before. You’re no longer required to learn complex systems with knobs and buttons to capture high quality imaging. Now, with the miniaturization of high-definition ultrasound and advances in artificial intelligence, learning and using handheld ultrasound imaging is fast, affordable and easy.
