Dr. James Escaloni
Dr. James Escaloni serves as a physical therapist and movement specialist at Wellward Regenerative Medicine in Lexington, KY. He is board certified, residency, and fellowship trained in orthopedics. Originally from Rochester, N.Y., he is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Regis University programs in physical therapy. In addition to identifying the cause of pain in the most complex patients, Dr. Escaloni teaches around the world on topics like differential diagnosis and manual therapies. Dr. Escaloni is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapists. He holds a post-graduate Diploma in Osteopractic, as well as certifications in Spinal Manipulative Therapy, Dry Needling, Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Selective Functional Movement Screening and Assessment. He has also is a registered musculoskeletal sonographer (RMSK) for Wellward.

Dr. Ian Young
Dr. Ian Young is a Physical Therapist & founder and owner of Tybee Wellness & Osteopractic in Tybee Island, GA. He has been practicing full time in orthopaedics and sports for the last 27 years. Originally from Long Island, NY. Dr. Young earned a MSPT from North Georgia College & State University and is Board Certified in Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy. Dr. Young also holds a post-graduate Doctor of Science degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Sports Physical Therapy. Dr. Young also is one of the few physical therapists who is a registered musculoskeletal sonographer (RMSK). Dr. Young is senior faculty within the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT) Fellowships in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy & Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography. Dr. Young is actively involved as the lead / co-investigator in many clinical research trials including the treatment of Cervical Radiculopathy, the clinical utility of manipulative therapy and dry needling in Neck Pain, Cervicogenic Headaches, Shoulder Impingement, Temporomandibular Disorder, Knee OA, Plantar Fasciitis, Elbow Tendinopathy and Lumbar Stenosis. Dr Young has over 25 high-level publications in a plethora of peer reviewed journals.

Shelley Guenther, CRGS, CRCS
Shelley Guenther worked as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for 2 years before entering into the ultrasound program at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton. After graduating with specialties in general ultrasound as well as echocardiography, she worked as a clinical expert in the commercial world of ultrasound for over 25 years.
