hello my name is Dr Alan hirohara from Sacramento California we'll be doing a injection under ultrasound guidance day this is the third of five hyaluronic acid injections for this patient who has arthritic changes in the knee who are keeping active by doing these shots we've done these before they've been very effective for him but using the ultrasound has been fantastic as we ensure we get the accurate placement of the medication where it's supposed to go okay you ready I am we're going to be doing the left knee this knee quick correct all right we're doing a hyaluronic acid injection today yes sir great perfect capture image and our entry one centimeter right there okay good to start cold spray decreased depth capture video shot and we're done fantastic
