Your Role

Are you skilled in turning data into actionable insights that drive business growth? Do you have a knack for diving into complex datasets and surfacing key trends to empower marketing strategies? Clarius Mobile Health is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making to join our team.



As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our data operations, supporting marketing and business leaders to make strategic, data-backed decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and has a strong command of both the technical and interpretive aspects of data analytics.



Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Clarius' marketing systems, processes, and workflows, leveraging this insight to address business challenges, identify trends, and recommend ROI-focused strategies
  • Partner with the Marketing team to interpret data related to key business needs, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene, and making informed recommendations
  • Use advanced data analysis skills to provide insights throughout the lifecycle of marketing campaigns and the sales funnel, aligned with our strategic roadmap
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and statistical models to ensure business processes run efficiently and effectively
  • Manage and optimize existing data pipelines and assets for ongoing, accurate reporting and analysis
  • Execute on data strategies to support interoperability and scalability, adhering to best practices in the tech stack
  • Support continuous improvement by documenting and following established processes and workflows



Your Experience So Far:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Digital Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years in a Business Intelligence role with a focus on digital marketing analytics
  • Strong communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical discussions
  • Proficiency in cloud warehousing, EL+T, code versioning, and data visualization technologies
  • Skilled in data profiling, manipulation, and data analysis, with experience in programming and logical modeling
  • Proven ability to follow technical direction, adapt to evolving best practices, and collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects that enhance operational efficiency and optimize ROI



Location and Compensation:

This is a hybrid role, so we are considering candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance from our Vancouver, BC office. The salary range for this position is set at $75,000 - $95,000 CAD.
