Your Role
At Clarius Mobile Health, we’re transforming healthcare with our cutting-edge POCUS solutions. We’re looking for talented sonographers who want to make a real impact by educating healthcare professionals on the proper use of our mobile ultrasound devices. Your role is crucial in ensuring clinicians get accurate, first-time diagnoses—improving patient outcomes and empowering better care decisions.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving sales success by personalizing your approach to meet the unique needs of each healthcare professional, ensuring they see the value of Clarius solutions in their specific practice. This role blends clinical expertise with strong communication skills to showcase product capabilities and provide expert guidance to our customers.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Provide focused, specialty-specific POCUS product demonstrations that achieve a high close rate, helping to drive global sales.
- Personalize clinical in-services and Zoom training sessions to facilitate the successful deployment of Clarius scanners.
- Effectively demonstrate Clarius specialty scanners at virtual and in-person events, workshops, and tradeshows.
- Act as the key clinical contact for customers, addressing technical and clinical questions, and serving as a bridge between customers and internal teams.
- Gather insights from customers and provide feedback to marketing and engineering teams to support product enhancement and development.
- Assist with the creation of clinical marketing materials, and image acquisition, and provide technical support, education, and training to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the achievement of global revenue goals by supporting the deployment and adoption of Clarius systems worldwide.
- Be willing to travel frequently (Canada and the USA) to attend tradeshows, workshops, and other business activities to support sales and product promotion.
- Collaborate with the R&D and regulatory teams in the clinical validation and testing of Clarius scanners, software, and app updates to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
Your Experience So Far:
- RDMS or Sonography Canada Certification is required. An associate’s degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical POCUS experience following sonography certification.
- Experience supporting and performing remote, commercial ultrasound training is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality clinical training.
- Proficiency with musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound and basic scanning skills; adult cardiac and RVT are a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel frequently across Canada and the USA to customer sites and events for demonstrations and training.
Location and Compensation:
We are currently considering candidates in Western Canada, preferably those within a commutable distance from our Vancouver, BC office. The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000.
