Clarius Mobile Health added another award to its growing list of accolades. The company was presented with the award Growth Stage Medtech Company of the Year, by Life Sciences BC.

Clarius won the award for developing a unique product that clearly demonstrates an alternative solution in medical technology.

The annual awards, held April 19th in Vancouver, celebrated the achievements in the life sciences community, and recognized the efforts of those who have invested their lives’ work in mastering successful health outcomes.

The evening’s theme, Translating Insights into Action, considered the companies, organizations, individuals and institutions that successfully took ideas and brought those innovations to life. Successfully aligning and implementing the many research functions and corporate components that disrupt the usual and well-worn, by creating, developing or advancing new therapeutic solutions in clinical and translational medical science.

The award comes just months after Clarius received a Business Excellence Award for Innovation, from the Burnaby Board of Trade and the City of Burnaby. Clarius has grown from a start-up with 15 people in August 2016 to a staff of 70 that is developing, marketing, selling and manufacturing products at its facility in Burnaby, British Columbia.
