Clarius Scanners are designed to be adaptable to a wide range of clinical settings. One of our key design requirements was to ensure the scanners and rechargeable batteries had to be fully submersible in liquid. It makes them easier to disinfect and enables outdoor use during inclement weather.

Thanks to the creativity of our engineering team, we recently succeeded in achieving an IPX7 immersion rating for the scanners and batteries, which means they can withstand up to 30 minutes of immersion in one meter of water.

Our unique design allows Clarius scanners and batteries to be highly water-resistant, taking us another step closer to our goal of enabling ultrasound anywhere.
