hello my name is shelly today i'm going to be showing you how to get a fetal abdominal circumference measurement with the clarius c3 scanner first we need to get a nice cross-sectional picture through the baby's abdomen at the level of the stomach this is a spine at the back and just above the level of the umbilical cord insertion i'm going to back up just a few frames here just to get a nice crisp image and then we'll go into the measurement package from here i can add an abdominal circumference place my caliper at the spine the other one at the front of the baby's abdomen and we can make fine tuning adjustments until we get a nice abdominal circumference measurement this is showing me 25 weeks and five days which is well within normal limits so i'm going to save this image to the report and we'll move on to the next measurement you
