hi my name is Alan hirohar from Sacramento California today we're going to be doing an injection of hyaluronic acid into this gentleman's shoulder into the glenohumeral joint it is for arthritic changes it's to help diminish some of the inflammation and swelling within the joint he's already had three of them this is the fourth in the series of total of five so we'll be doing this under uh ultrasound guidance to make sure we get accurate injection into the joint okay so sir which side are we going to be doing right shoulder that'd be this shoulder correct correct thank you and we're doing a hyaluronic acid injection today correct correct thank you okay first we're just going to do a little bit of ultrasound to evaluate it let's take a look zoom out perfect mirror good let's make sure we're seeing it well yes we are very nice and there is our spot Center guide there we go and there's our entry there perfect so our spot will be right there good capture image perfect okay cold spray to numb you up capture video here we go and poke is that hurt at all okay perfect and we're done and so that's all we had to do for the injection and the voice activation controls are very helpful to be able to control everything so I don't have to leave the patient while I'm doing the procedure if you have any questions sir no I do not thank you very much foreign
