hi my name is Shelly lung ultrasound scoring is considered a good outcome predictor in patients with acute respiratory failure and now you can document your lung ultrasound scoring within the claras app so if you hit the back arrow and go into the patient's demographics page and scroll up to indications you'll see an area where you can enter 12 different areas of the lung and you can score them from normal which is a score of zero up to consolidation which is three on all of those segments and the app will add up the score and give you a number that will help you manage your patient
