how i i check position of the of the uh baby so uh i'm doing a transverse scan of the maternal abdomen in the lower part of the abdomen and trying to identify the the part of of anatomical structure here and in this case you can see that there is a maternal blood which is quite full uh i'm rotating my transducer 90 degrees in order to identify the the internal oauth and cervix of the uterus and i am going up in order to understand what part of the baby i can see here and in this case i can see a few landmarks that shows me that we are talking about bridge presentation because i can see two bones and those are thigh bones fema and fema for this baby and uh moving a little bit lateral i can see also the the spine so the position of the baby in this case is that the baby is in bridge positions here this is a baby's spine and i'm moving up looking that this is the spine so the spine is going this way and baby is facing uh maternal back and here i can identify the the head so the the baby is in bridge position uh bridge presentation and with the spine going to the right maternal side up so this is very simple way how you can detect how you can recognize a bridge presentation for this baby [Music] you
