Resuming a Paused Exam

You can pause an exam and complete it later by shelving it. This can be used, for example, when scanning a bladder for urine retention or early pregnancy and the patient’s bladder is not fully distended for complete imaging.

hi my name's esther i'm going to be showing you how to shelf an exam today on your clary scanner shelving an exam is important when you're doing a bladder for example and you want to see post void residual to shelve an exam you take the images that you need pre-void by pressing the camera icon in the bottom right hand corner and once you have the images that you need you would shelf the exam by pressing in the left upper hand corner scrolling down in your demographic page to the more icon once you reach the more icon you select shelf exam and now that the patient has emptied their bladder to unshelf an exam you go to the menu icon in the left upper hand corner you select it go to exams select exams there's jane doe you select jane doe her information will be repopulated in the demographic page and you're ready to scan the post void bladder you
