the Rotator fall in the shoulder is the place where in the shoulder is no cuff muscle so in the vental side we have the subscapularis then we have a Zone where there is no rotat cuff and we can find the biceps the long out of the biceps there then we have the supraspinatus infraspinatus and Terrace minor so this Rotator interval we are going to assess with um this ultrasound device of claras the portable scanner and um placing the transducer on these ventro medial shoulder in a somewhat oblique plane and if you look uh closely what we can see now is a oval-shaped um um long head of the bicep sandon uh on top of the humal head and uh the long head of the biceps is stabilized with the Coro humoral ligament and this ligament make sure that the biceps is stable um the in case of a tear of the Kuru ligament you might see um luxations or subluxations or instability of the biceps and we can also do a dynamical assessment so um scanning the biceps tendon like this and then bringing the arm into a in a extension relative extension like this and I can move the arm and what we want to see is that the biceps stays stable on top of the humal head so uh they should be moving in the same direction and they shouldn't be moving in a counter Direction so in this case we see that the biceps is stable so another thing that uh you can assess is the superior glenohumeral ligament uh which is um immediately located uh next to the biceps actually the biceps long head of the biceps is leaning on top of the superior cleaner humoral ligament and this ligament enlarges in case of a citis in case of a frozen shoulder and you can definitely also do some power doler measurements to see the whether there is inflammation whether there is neovascularization so in this uh Pro position transducer position I will check for uh B sosis I will check for biceps there is the biceps there or isn't is it absent uh I will look for um bicep sensibility um also Superior glenohumeral ligaments swelling due to capsulitis or citis but also the super chromal subd Delta Bersa can be observed in this location and you might also see a berstis of the subacromial subd delti bers so
