Specialties: Veterinary
Applications: Abdomen
hi I'm Dr camil Edwards from first opinion vetenary ultrasound and today we'll be looking at how to scan the right adrenal in a dog so to do this we will need to look up dorsally on the right hand side of the abdomen and we will see the cordal venina Cava closest to us and the a water furthest away and as we move cranially we will spot the left renal artery coming off the aorta and we need to move even further cranial than this just following and Fanning in this region we can see the Cordina Cava there still and into our view pops the right adrenal gland so we can take our cordal pole measurement here like so there's our left renal artery and as we fan through our right adrenal will pop into view just there and we can take that cordal pole measurement that's how to scan the right adrenal in a dog
