I'm going to show you something within her M which is actually of clinical significance I'm going to show you what's called The Deep inferior tendon dit and that's right here so that separates the masser deep and superficial portion of the masser sometimes the patients when they get injected with a tox in their M they get a paradoxical bulging and the theory behind that is is that you inject deeply in the masser but not superficially and the Deep injection cannot diffuse through this deep inferior tendon so therefore when a patient gets that you actually need to inject The Superficial aspect of the masser to get rid of that problem so the remedy proposed by the study that described this is to actually do a retrograde injection both deep and superficial to get both bellies of the Mader so right here is that deep inferior tendon here is the mandible and here is the prido masseteric fascia so that concludes the evaluation of the massader
