Elliot's had three gel shots in his shoulder which have helped him and now he's opting for PRP injection I'm going to use the ultr sound take the anterior approach to the Veno humoral joint and perform the injection here's his biceps Groove biceps tendon sub scapularis is overlying it I'm just going to scan IM medially increase depth and the cartilage around the shoulder joint is darker and right there we medial to the humor just externally rotate it like this a little bit yep just like yeah just like that thank you little PCH taking the outer plane approach you can see the injections going into the glal joint done
