hi my name is shelly and i'm going to show you how to choose the correct application preset to streamline your workflow in this situation i'm performing an abdominal ultrasound so i want to make sure that i'm in the abdomen preset by doing this i've got a nice uniform image from top to bottom it's set at approximately the right depth and there really isn't any adjusting that i have to do now if i pick the incorrect preset the bladder the next one down for example we'll see that the depth is quite different and the brightness is quite dark it's more optimized for bladder scanning so by selecting the correct preset you're going to have a much more streamlined workflow and they're going to have less fussing with your image to get really good diagnostic information
