this is Hoda hodas presents with a uh pain in the neck as well as bilateral shoulder pain Imaging is positive for arthritis of the shoulder as well as multi-level cervical degenerative disc disease today I'm going to perform a suprascapular nerve block on her bilaterally and scan some of the anatomy and hopefully alleviate her symptoms Hoda from 0 to 10 how bad is your pain my pain I told you like s eight okay okay decrease depth decrease depth okay I found the super scapular nerve on the the transverse scapular ligament underneath that is supinatus muscle and the nerve is at the bottom of the screen little pinch shoulder okay here's my needle going towards the nerve just increasing my angle a bit and right there we're under the ligament I'm going to inject half of my injectate cap image to move in you little bit and increase the angle to get to the other side okay that size is complete
