hi my name is shelly and today i'm going to teach you how to navigate through the tyradz workflow with aquarius scanner so when scanning the thyroid gland if you encounter a nodule like i do right here i'm going to freeze the image and zoom it up and then i'm going to go into the measurement package here we can select nodule place our calipers and take an image i'm going to unfreeze the image and we'll get the same little nodule in the longitudinal plane and get a lengthwise measurement of that little nodule so we're complete with our measurements i'm going to go to the report page where i can add more information about the nodule with the drop down window i can see measurements of the nodule here but i can also characterize it according to the tie rad's workflow so we were on the left side superior lobe and it was anterior i can say it was cystic or almost completely cystic the lesion is anechoic it's wider than tall and the margins are smooth there are no echogenic foci and this gives us a tie rad score of zero which is indicative of a benign legion
