Let's look at the neck now. So really the only area of interest in aesthetics is that superficial layer. So you're going to have the skin, you're going to have subcutaneous fat, you're going to have platisma. So the injections in the neck, you want to be superficial to the platisma. And let's take a look at that. This patient has actually had injections with hyperdilute rads in her neck. And let's see if we can find any of that. So this is a really good examination. So let's take a look at what we're seeing. So the platisma is actually contiguous with the snaz layer in the face. This is the platisma layer right here. This is the skin. And remember all the layers of the skin. You can see them right here. You can see the reticular dermis here, the papillary dermis here, and the epidermis here. And this is a subcutaneous fat right here. But what's that? That's actually the result of hyperdilute rads which is injected in the proper plane which is just superficial to the smaz layer which is right here. So the anatomy is not that complex. We want to be injecting between the smiles layer and the dermis in that subcutaneous fat which is right here. So that concludes the evaluation of the neck.
