hello I'm Dr jaziri I'm anesthesiologist and we perform today a valentinesthesia for Panama tumor for the right hand we see here flexor content tendons and the tumor is here we do skin local anesthesia within 30 ghost needle here we see the needle and we begin our injection okay we see nerve and artery here just on the left of the tendon you took it five minutes after injection we can see here that this skin to became White whiter than the other parts of the skin so we have to wait 30 minutes before surgery
