Curious about how ultrasound can objectively measure skin aging and prove that your treatments are actually working? Join Dr. Gina Moret, aesthetic expert and skin ultrasound enthusiast, for a practical webinar exploring the world of facial skin ultrasound.
In this session, you’ll discover how high-frequency ultrasound reveals what the naked eye cannot – the structural changes happening beneath the surface of your patients’ skin. Whether you’re new to skin imaging or looking to add objective outcome tracking to your existing ultrasound practice, this webinar delivers clinically relevant, immediately applicable insights. You’ll learn:
- What the SLEB is, its ultrasound appearance, and how to measure it reproducibly
- How to interpret dermal echogenicity and thickness as markers of skin quality
- Skin changes pre- and post-skin boosters and biostimulation procedures (including HIFU)
- How to use serial imaging to document and communicate treatment response to patients
- Tips for optimizing your probe and settings for superficial skin assessment

Ultrasound guidance has become a critical safety tool in aesthetic medicine. Studies have demonstrated that ultrasound significantly reduces the risk of vascular complications by enabling practitioners to visualize facial vessels and avoid them during injection.
By providing detailed anatomical mapping before and during procedures, ultrasound transforms aesthetic practice from a blind technique to a precision-guided approach, protecting both practitioners and patients. And beyond safety, ultrasound enhances aesthetic outcomes by allowing precise product placement at the optimal depth and location, helping practitioners achieve more predictable, natural-looking results while using appropriate product volumes.
Mastering these fundamental techniques will boost your confidence, improve patient safety, and make facial ultrasound an efficient, integrated part of your aesthetic practice.
Live scanning demonstrations will be performed with the Clarius L20 HD3—our ultra-high frequency scanner designed specifically for facial aesthetics—showing you exactly how these techniques work in real-time.
