Pain management expert Dr. David Rosenblum, joins us to teach the value of high-resolution point-of-care ultrasound to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of regenerative injections for patients suffering with chronic pain.

In this 1-hour webinar, Dr. Rosenblum, Director of Pain Management at AABP Integrative Pain Care and Wellness, shares real patient cases recently captured on video where he uses ultrasound to guide injections like PRP and Lidocaine to treat a variety of chronic pain conditions across several anatomical regions. You’ll learn:

  • Key ultrasound landmarks and Clarius Intelligence features that help localize joints, tendons, bursae, and bone.
  • How using POCUS can reduce complications by avoiding inadvertent injection into critical neurovascular structures
  • Approved for regenerative treatment, including osteoarthritis, tendinopathy, facet joint arthropathy, and carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Injection techniques for intra-articular, peritendinous, and perineural delivery of PRP and lidocaine
  • How to optimize PRP placement using real-time imaging to maximize therapeutic effect at the target tissue

Chronic musculoskeletal pain presents unique challenges for clinicians striving to deliver effective, targeted relief while minimizing risks. Regenerative therapies such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), combined with local anesthetics like lidocaine, are gaining traction as powerful tools for addressing the underlying pathology driving chronic pain, rather than simply masking symptoms.

Ultrasound provides real-time, high-resolution imaging that allows for precise localization of joints, soft tissue structures, and surrounding anatomy, which in turn can improve the accuracy and effectiveness of regenerative injections. By ensuring injectate is delivered exactly where it is needed, POCUS maximizes the therapeutic potential of PRP while minimizing the need for repeated attempts and reducing reliance on fluoroscopy or blind landmark-based techniques, ultimately increasing procedural success rates and enhancing patient safety and comfort.
Whether you’re new to ultrasound-guided regenerative medicine, or an experienced practitioner seeking to refine your technique, this webinar offers practical, case-based insights to elevate your approach to managing chronic musculoskeletal pain.
Dr. Rosenblum will be joined by your Clarius host and sonographer Janaye Smith. Don’t miss this opportunity to expand your ultrasound-guided procedural expertise and enhance patient care using wireless ultrasound.
