hi I'm Dr Camila Edwards from first opinion veterinary ultrasound and today we'll be looking at how to scan the left adrenal gland so we place the probe up by the aort and we want to get a nice longitudinal view of the aor we can then follow that cranially until we get to the left renal artery and pippy has two re left renal arteries um and then there we can see the left adrenal gland we can take a measurement of the cordal pole like so we can see our landmarks there we can also apply Color flow mapping on the region to help us understand the vasculature see those renal arteries see the um aorta and the freno abdominal vein that's how to scan the left adrenal on a dog
