when suspecting a Moma you we can also scan this in between the third and fourth metasala so patient in supine position and placing the transducer in between this third and fourth metatarsal web space so first thing to do is we're going to shoot with the transducer towards uh the uh third metad doal bone which can be seen now in screen and then we're going to angle the producer to the fourth uh bone uh that can be seen right here and now we're going to scan in between so now you don't see any metasalt tissue of the forefoot the the foot Sole and you will see also my thumb in screen right now so a little bit more uh hyper coic in the right side of the screen and I'm going to try to push the uh the molus nooma out of this web space uh so this sing makes the Mora and maybe also the berser that surrounds the nerve uh making it more visible with this technique you will see the mortos stroma uh because if you don't do it with the thumb then you won't definitely see it so please use the thumb
