Your Role
Are you passionate about optimizing marketing operations, running a well-oiled marketing technology stack and making data-driven decisions? We're searching for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll develop and manage marketing processes and systems, optimize tools and technologies, and ensure data integrity—all to drive exceptional performance for our marketing team. Reporting to the marketing director, you’ll be a part of a high performing and fast-moving team of multidisciplinary marketers.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the administrator for marketing technology platforms, managing and optimizing integrations and data flow between systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation tools
- Develop workflows and technically execute marketing campaigns to ensure data integrity and accuracy within marketing systems and databases
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize ABM data sources to track account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Optimize and monitor lead routing, lead scoring, segmentation, attribution, nurturing and marketing programs within marketing automation platform
- Create and QA new marketing operations programs, as needed
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to align strategies, facilitate data sharing, and improve lead handoff processes
- Partner with Sales Ops to develop and refine processes to address evolving business needs.
- Lead and contribute to other related projects, as needed
Your Experience So Far:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5+ years in marketing operations with Marketo and Salesforce experience.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Expertise in attribution models, data hygiene, and analytics; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Looker Studio) is a plus.
- Data-driven with the ability to interpret insights, identify trends, and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Results-oriented, with experience driving growth through B2B demand generation and account-based marketing.
- Experience owning and governing a marketing automation platform.
- Customer-first mindset and focus on scalable processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and customer management practices.
- Collaborative, with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail while keeping the big picture in focus.
- Familiarity with the medical device or ultrasound industry is a plus.
Location and Compensation:
This is a remote role open to candidates across Canada. The salary range for this position is set at $80,000 - $100,000.
