As the Director, Strategic Partnerships on the Clarius Go-To-Market team, you will be responsible for leading the integration of Clarius Hardware and Software into our partner ecosystem and managing partnerships with Clarius Marketplace, OEM and Strategic Distribution partners. This will be a “hands on” role – from identifying potential partners, negotiating term sheets and agreements, navigating and project managing the partner integration and helping define and manage the Go-To-Market plan and it’s results with Clarius partners.

You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, logistics and support teams locally and regionally on new initiatives and key strategic projects. You will work closely with the Clarius Executive Staff and Clarius’ Chief Innovation Officer to decide areas of strategic partnership that will be lucrative for Clarius and develop the strategies and playbooks to execute on these partnerships.

You Will

  • Manage the implementation of Clarius technology with current and potential partners and determine, with partners, the Go to Market plan and timeline to produce a reliable forecast for Clarius partnership revenue.
  • Collaborate with Clarius partners to achieve quarterly and annual targets and market share goals through successful execution of product launches, promotional planning, forecasting accuracy and partner negotiations.
  • Lead promotion and execution planning with Clarius partners, strategically optimizing marketing and engineering efforts to deliver the projected sales targets.
  • Drive strategic sales and partnership initiatives such as launch campaigns and customer targeting, using the Clarius marketing group to aid partners in successful Go-To-Market campaigns.
  • Help resolve partner issues and inquiries (business or technical) with multiple approaches to reach a best solution.
  • Establish relationships with partners from working level to executive level to contribute to the partner’s business success.

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, project management and partnership management in a medical device or medical technology.
  • Experience with business-to-business, business-to-consumer, sales planning, strategic partnership, account management, and relationship management.
  • Proven experience in partner development and management activities with a background in creating growth through partnerships.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Operations, Engineering or Project Management highly desired.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents, local context, and work with attorneys on specific agreement language is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to represent companies in discussions and structure terms.
