in the chain the main muscle is the mentalis muscle and we're gonna check that so here you could see the muscle because most of the chain is actually the mentalis muscle here and the white line is the bone as you know there is quite a big variability in all the areas and it's not always easy to locate the vessels but the vessels in this case are there okay so I will measure the depth of the vessel so it is 1.6 millimeters in depth and so if we go deep and inject deep onto the bone we will be safe in this area on this side so let me do the other side here somewhere there in the middle we can see another vessel and so I'm gonna map the level of this vessel it's in the muscle and it's 2.6 millimeters in depth so we'll go on now and inject the chin and actually we have mapped the arteries and we saw the level and we saw that if we inject deep on the bone we are actually safe and so what I will do I will inject towards the bone to actually get a little bit more of chin projection in her case and she can really have a little bit more of a chin so I will just go into her chin where I would like to get more projection in this case I can aspirate just a little bit and there is nothing there and so I will just go on and inject it's very important to inject slowly and not to build up too much pressure in the tissue so here we already got some projection but I will need a little bit more here and it's on the bone I'm actually quite deep towards the bone to get the right projection of her chin so and as you can see there is quite a nice projection and I will need to make maybe a few more corrections but the area and the line of projection is very nice
