The Chroma mode option enables a color contrast overlay to the image to help differentiate small contrast differences in tissue textures. In cardiac images the chroma is blue, and in other applications it will appear orange.

hi i'm shelley the chroma mode option is a tool that helps to easily differentiate small contrast differences and differences in tissue textures when the chroma is turned on you'll see a different color overlay on the image and this should help to steer your eye to certain little subtleties so to turn the chroma on and in this case i'm in the echo option cardiac option i'm going to go to the imaging mode and tap on this little flower that indicates the chroma we're going to get a nice blue overlay that definitely shows us better definition of the posterior left ventricular wall so clarius has added another feature to help you customize your imaging you
