hi my name is Shelley and I'd like to tell you about the needle enhance feature in the claras app now when you're doing an inlan injection or procedure when you're doing a superficial injection and the needle is quite parallel to the sound beam or to the transducer face it's not typically difficult to identify your needle the challenge comes with steeper injections and that's where the needle enhance comes into play so if you're doing a steeper injection I can have an idea of where my needle is just by looking at the different tissue but if I activate needle mode using my voice controls it really lights up the needle quite nicely needle mode so you can see the difference needle mode that the needle enhance makes now if you're doing an injection on the opposite side you just need to tap the needle icon to tell the app that you're entering from the other side of the scanner and again needle mode off if I increase the trajectory of my needle needle mode and it really lights up your needle there even even at this steep of an angle so try the needle enhance it really lights up your needle when you're doing inplane injections at a steeper angle
