having injected the nasal tip and the radic of the nose I'm now going to scan the nose again with ultrasound in order to create a confirmatory scan for us to visualize the position of the filler this ultrasound scan shows the full length of the nasal Bridge from the radic down to the nasal tip in B mode we can see in the radic at the beginning of the video that there is a structure that is an aoic just Supra periostal underneath the fibrofatty tissue and as we continue scanning down the bridge of the nose we can see the position of the renion no fill was placed in this area as we continue to scan more Cordy we see that on the nasal tip there is an an eoic structure lying suond and that there is a posterior acoustic enhancement underneath it in this scan we can see a view of the nasal tip in Doppler mode you can see the spherical an aoic structure which is the hyaluronic acid filler with the posterior acoustic enhancement lying Supra condal you can see that this Lies Beneath the fibrofatty tissue we are looking for the position of the vessels and you will see a glimpse lmse of blood flow it is quite common to find that in the nasal tip it can take time in the sagittal view for vessels to appear in some cases this can be easier in the transverse view to visualize
