patients of 42-year-old male who presents with knee pain bilateral but the right side of knee pain is posterior fossa pain so generally speaking in the posterior fossa I would do an IAC block or you could call it articular branch of the timal nerve block he does also have some tenderness near the ti the the hamstring tendons so I'm going to inspect them and possibly inject near the tendons as well but for now I'm going to start with the ey pack and scan the back of his knee here we see the tibial nerve increase depth increase depth okay we can see the pulsatile blood vessel and I'm going to go deep to the blood vessel to get the region of his pain behind the joint okay you're going to feel a little pinch here okay anything shoots down the back of your leg to the foot let me know please pinch you're right mhm okay for I'm injecting slowly negative aspiration you doing okay oh yeah I'm fine okay just all take a nap good do you feel anything no good and then yels deep to the POA teal artery bottom right corner of the screen and you see the fluid spreading and I'm taking the needle out
