here we have the diaphragmatico hepatic view which we can identify here with the liver deep to the liver is the diaphragm and here is the heart beating deep to the diaphragm and as we sweep through we're looking for free fluid which we only find fluid here in this rounded structure which we can then identify as the gallbladder but we're particularly looking for free fluid here in between the liver and the diaphragm there might be a trace pericardial fusion that we know up here but likely normal there's no fluid tracking into the pleural space up here and as we sweep through we see there's no pericardial pleural or intra-abdominal fluid collections suggestive of a normal scan you
