okay so now we're going to show just the peas answering bursitis type of injection so there's a couple ways you can do this i mean you know in terms of how you do your technique i mean we fell right on the tendon right there you can see the tendon just instantly you can see it kind of tracking right to the bone and seeing it trekking proximally and so this is like the ideal way in the coming in plane to get onto that tendon and trying to stay as flat as you can you can actually kind of start to see my needle there it is right there there's my needle there and i can get into the tendon sheath right there i'm in a little bit little deeper there we go now i'm in the sheath now see it's flowing really easily it's not creating a bubble so we know we're in the sheath i'm pumping the sheath now so that tells you you're in that tendon sheath for sure and that's the easiest way to do it in plane just like that and if you created a bubble then you're not in the sheath so i just injected 10 cc's and so basically yeah that's it
