here we have the splenoid intestinal umbilical view where we can identify the spleen and around the spleen is this triangular black fluid filled structure that is penetrating into the crevices of the spleen suggestive of free fluid in this setting it's suggestive of a splenic rupture which is dependent on the clinical context i understand the etiology could be from blunt trauma which but in this case it was related to an underlying malignancy you
