so let's evaluate the tier trough tier trough Anatomy is not that complex so I like to do it in an oblique fashion not horizontal and not vertical but an oblique and let's take a peek here so this is perfect Anatomy so this is going to be your deep cheek fat this is going to be your maxilla and right here is going to be your AR bicular oculi muscle and so you see this is actually the peak of the tear trough you see bone you see a little bit of fascia here you see dermis and you see muscle so this area is actually very difficult to get the perfect injection because there it's very thin and very close Anatomy so here's the muscle here and here this would be the superficial fat pad or the malar fat pad I highly recommend that you do not inject that area you inject this area either in the deep fat pad and you always inject it below the muscle in the tear trough area so that concludes includes the evaluation of the tier trough
