hello my name is Dr zanab Al muktar I'm an advanced aesthetic injector and have been for the last 10 years I have been teaching aesthetic injectables for the last N9 years and I'm the clinical lead here at Haro on the Hill Dental and facial Aesthetics today I have Chelsea here who I will be treating uh on the radics of the nose as well as the perform fosa and nasolabial fold we will start with mapping of these regions using ultrasound beautiful appearance here of all the layers in the radics from the hyper aoic line showing the periosteum the Deep Fat very thin layer little bit of muscle procerus muscle would be here and then we can see the vessel in The Superficial fatty layer which is exactly where we want it to be so that we can inject on the periosteum I'll stay scanning just for a few minutes make sure I'm happy with the trajectory of that vessel so I'm tilting the probe in order to help me follow the course of this vessel at least a little bit while we're in this sagittal view I'll move to the transverse view to confirm capture video color mode see a vessel there and the just lateral to the midline however it is not on the perio steum which is the important thing here there is an Ever So slight asymmetry of the nose which is so common so I'll be injecting right in the center I'm making this box as small as possible so that I am very precise in my location staying away from the lateral aspects we saw some vessels lateral we didn't see anything in the midline we're going to stay right in the midline okay can I go ahead happy aspirating finger block either side steady stop on the periosteum tiny tiny micro anti quats bit of pulsing so it's 0.01 at a time how are you feeling it's fine didn't feel thing good I have now injected Ed the radics of this nose just to improve the nasal frontal angle for this beautiful female face and to uh mask or disguise this very slight dorsal hump beautiful results
